Hungry For Change

If you've got some down time, Netflix, and an interest in learning more about food in general, Hungry For Change is a great choice. Some of the people that I've admired and learned from such as Kris Carr and Dr. Christine Northrup(author of some really great books, such as Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom) are featured, weighing in on the benefits of adding clean + nutritious foods, removing everything processed, and loving yourself while creating your own path to health.

Hungry For Change does a great job of explaining the chemical breakdown of processed food and how it influences our cravings and inability to put the fork down. The information provided throughout the film is presented in a "take it or leave it" matter, allowing you to form your own opinion as new information and facts are presented. The facts are somewhat irrefutable, but what's more realistic is recognizing that you can only do your best with what you have at the time.

A lifestyle overhaul is completely overwhelming. By making small, measurable changes one step at a time, you're allowing yourself time to adjust, learn, and make the best choices for YOU. Information is power! Educate yourself so you can set yourself up for own version of success.
