Natalie resides in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula along the shores of Lake Superior. Seven years of a steady yoga practice have kept Natalie in check mentally, emotionally, and physically. When she’s not on her yoga mat, she’s either getting creative in the kitchen or enjoying the great outdoors: snowboarding, hiking, and soaking up Vitman D at the beach. She studied yoga at Yoga Vermont in Burlington, VT and received her RYT200 certificate. Additionally, Natalie attended classes necessary to obtain her Children’s Yoga Instructor certificate through ChildLight Yoga.
